Outpatient Department

The outpatient clinics at Umm Al Qura General Hospital is being run by well qualified Consultant, Specialists, with the assistance of trained & qualified nurses.

Daily working hours of our Out Patient (Ambulatory Care) Department, are from: Morning; 9:00AM to 1:00PM & Evening; 5:00PM to 10:00PM whereas Emergency services are available round the clock.

An appointment can be scheduled and for this one can call 5376767, and an operator will guide you for the rest of the process; registration is done and number is allotted to you. A file is opened in your name and an identity/ follow up card is issued for the subsequent visits.

Emergency patients and females in labor are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and so are the diagnostic services like Radiology & Clinical Laboratory, CT scan, Echocardiography & Angiography, ETT, Ultrasonographies.

We have CPR team, 24 hours ready to manage cases of emergency needs of immediate resuscitations supported by special areas within the facility having Oxygen source, electronic monitors, DC Shock, intubation facilities for all ages, Crash Cart having all the required emergency medications beside fully equipped Ambulance for emergency referrals, if needed.

All the Consultants and Specialists are available in case of urgent need, even after their routine hospital duty timings (i.e. according to approved On-Call Schedules). The Central Telephone Exchange has 13 lines working on PBX 5376767 & direct number 5368004.
