Round the clock services are available for all sorts of medical treatments, including emergencies and patients who need Intensive Neonatal Care Unit with Ventilation support because of extreme prematurity, very low birth weight, aspiration pneumonia, congenital anomalies, respiratory distress syndrome, etc. We also take care of babies with neonatal jaundice, and have well equipped nursery to deal with such cases effectively. Our dedicated & professional baby and Mother Friendly approach is what we are proud of, and we intend to go a step further, by going all the way to excel as a patient and mother friendly hospital in Holy Makkah. This specialized care is delivered by our team of neonatologists /pediatricians, and the backbone of any hospital. Our dedicated, honest, well-groomed, well trained and highly skilled nursing staff having certifications of PALS & NRP. Our nursery have portable types of incubators and special facilities for managing cases referred from outside areas in isolated incubators. Administrations of all types of vaccines for the prevention of different infectious diseases of childhood ages, in accordance with the MOH approved schedule of vaccinations, are an integral part of this Unit. Development assessment and Dental assessment for optimum care of children is also available. The neonatal care unit is available round the clock, for receiving neonates who require artificial mechanical breathing, and as we are fully aware of the dire need of a good neonatal care to deal cases of extreme prematurity, very low birth weight, meconium aspiration, respiratory distress syndrome, or congenital medical problems necessitating immediate intensive care, right from the moment the neonate is delivered. Apart from all the base line investigations; portable X-rays, portable Ultrasound, Echocardiograms, and vital ABG's are also available whenever needed, in order to deal such cases effectively and modify the management plan at different stages of critical care. |
