The Hospital Pharmacies provide round the clock service for the Outpatients, Inpatients and the Emergency Unit.

Qualified pharmacists are available round the clock.

All the branded medicines are available according to the Saudi National Formulary (SNF) of the kingdom.

Special care is taken while dispensing the medicines (by double checking) and every possible effort is made to take the opportunity to educate the patients and their families, about the medicines that they will use, and we encourage them to report side-effects particularly the one not mentioned in the literature supplied by the pharmaceutical companies.

High risk medications are kept in special known areas to avoid medication errors. In the inpatient pharmacy, Unit dose system is implemented using the Patient Profile.
