HOW YOU WILL BE WELCOMED:

Our well trained, courteous staff at the hospital Main Reception, on the main entrance of the hospital building (which is facing Abdullah Uraif main road), will humbly guide you, as soon as you approach them, and will explain you the required procedure to be followed. Usually, as per Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's rules, we need copy of the Residential Permit (Iqama) for expatriate residents or Passport copy if you are on Umra or Hajj, or simply the medical Insurance Card (in such a case you will be directed to approach separate Corporate Reception located on the Mezzanine floor), i.e. for corporate patients/ clients only. This corporate reception is situated just before the end of the main corridor of the outpatient's department on this same mezzanine floor besides the Mosque.

Upon patient's first visit to the hospital & after completing the required necessary documentation, patient's Medical Record file is initiated and the patient is allotted a unique Medical Record Number (MRN), to be used for all the future references. Patients' medical record is kept safe in the hospital Medical Record room (medical Archive) and also in the computer system. In future, patient's necessary record is available within no time to the examining doctor. We have also introduced an automated follow-up reminder system through SMS which a patient will receive on his/ her mobile as a reminder.

For the uninsured & cash patients, hospital has introduced different discount programs in order to facilitate/ cover our patients like: our Golden Discount Registration Card scheme, which gives concessions not only to Card holder but also it covers his/ her spouse and siblings. The discounts offered through this scheme includes: 50% concession on all Consultations, 25% discount on all investigations whereas 5% discounts on medicine purchased from the hospital pharmacy. Other offered programs include: Antenatal program, General Health Checkup Program, Programs for different polyclinics etc.
